Position Summary  You will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the credit union’s relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs and providing a high-quality service experience.   Position Duties and Responsibilities To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common and uncommon occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager: - Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude. - Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union’s product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs. - Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services. - Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Position Qualifications and Skill Requirements - High School Diploma/ GED required AND Internal: minimum 1 year of work experience in a Representative I role; External: minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus. - Bilingual in English and Spanish required. As a Real Estate Production Manager, you will be responsible for the management, production, review and maintenance of the Real Estate department with a focus of creating and driving strategy, product development, production goals and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, investor guidelines and lending policies, while providing exceptional financial services for our union members. Position Duties and Responsibilities To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the following under indirect supervision from your manager: - Effectively leads and supervises Real Estate department personnel, including assisting with hiring, training, reviewing, scheduling and other administrative duties - Ensures that all organizational, operational and sales growth goals are achieved, insuring Real Estate loans are underwritten, processed, funded within investor guidelines, and timely loan disposition - Actively participates in the on-going research and development of products & services designed to meet Credit Union needs. Seeks to continually improve the member experience through use of technology and efficient process. - Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions. - Maintains complete confidentially of member, employee, and Credit Union information. - Perform other job duties as assigned.   Position Qualifications and Skill Requirements - Associates degree in an applicable field AND Internal: minimum 3 years work experience in a Supervisor role; External: minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role OR High School Diploma/GED AND Internal: minimum 5 years of work experience in a Supervisor role; External: minimum 6 years of experience in a Manager-level role Required. - Track record of leading and coaching the team to achieve “higher" results, including lending excellence, consistent delivery of exceptional service, and operational integrity. - Residential underwriting, loan servicing, secondary market and investor guideline knowledge. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills required; ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners. - Excellent member service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. - Embrace ongoing education and learn/apply new skills and software applications. - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred   Physical Requirements - Must be capable of working agreed work shift in the Lending Department and of occasionally working before/after the work shift. - Physical activities include a combination of constant sitting and hand motion, and occasional standing and walking.
